Order and delivery

1. Whether freight is charged

Freight charges may be adjusted according to the rules of the event, please be based on the actual payment of freight

2. Issue invoices

We provide regular VAT invoice, you can receive the goods after confirmation, contact us for your invoice.

3.Product packaging

All products purchased at latheglobal are shipped in good packaging.

4. Delivery service

We entrust "International Logistics" to deliver our goods.
1. At present, we are unable to provide the specified date, time, and delivery in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas regions; 2, in case of special weather (such as rain, snow, earthquake, etc.), traffic control and other special factors, the delivery time will be extended, please refer to the delivery company's arrival time.
If you need to know the delivery status of your ordered goods, you can contact the Courier company for inquiries.

5. Confirm and check the order status

We use multiple verification steps when customers place an order to ensure the most secure service for our customers.
After your successful order, we will usually process your order for you and ship it within two business days.
After the order is shipped, you will receive a logistics SMS notification with your international tracking number. If you do not receive the SMS notification, please contact our online customer service. We will be happy to serve you.

latheglobal uses multiple verification steps during the payment process to ensure maximum security. Once the order and payment have been processed and approved, the total amount of your order will be deducted from your bank account. If payment is not received after the order is submitted,latheglobal will automatically cancel your order without notice
